Chris Tomlin performs at Charlie Kirk memorial service
GRAMMY-winning worship leader Chris Tomlin recently performed at the memorial service for Charlie Kirk. Tomlin described leading worship at the service as a “momentous” occasion, expressing belief in a spiritual “awakening” in the U.S. He opened the service by singing “How Great Is Our God” for thousands honoring Kirk, the Turning Point USA founder killed in September. Tomlin was personally requested by Kirk’s wife, Erika, to lead worship, and he was deeply moved by her public forgiveness toward her husband’s killer.
